and decor they wish to achieve. As one means of providing
this reliable information we strive to turn our clients

they receive that they are willing to become one of our
references. At the completion of every job we ask our clients
to complete a survey in which they assess the quality of
our work and whether or not they would like to participate
in Harmony’s referral system. We

No Affiliation with Particular Suppliers
When
you walk into a store and are approached by a sales rep
you know the store, and its employees, will be biassed to
sell you only the products that store carries. It becomes
the consumer’s task to decipher what is best for them,
amongst all the different products and opinions from various
stores. The flooring industry can be very confusing, especially
with companies using private labelling so you can’t
trace and compare products. Harmony bypasses companies that
use private labels to camouflage hidden mark-ups. We work
with a network of warehouse stores to find the best
prices on any product in the market.

has emerged from the experience, knowledge, skills and values
of its owners. We like to get to know our clients and we
