REPAIRS
Hardwood, Laminate Flooring:
We offer
sub-floor repairs, such as levelling sub-floors, joists,
or cement. We screw sub-floors down to quiet squeaky floors.
We can perform board, or plank, replacements for hardwood
or laminate. It is easiest when a client has some leftover
boards/planks from their original flooring installation.
Carpet:
We offer
carpet re-stretches, patching damaged areas (best where
the client has some leftover material from their original
carpet installation), repairing seams, or replacing substandard
under pad. We can also lift existing carpet, screw down
the sub-floors to reduce squeaks and then re-install the
carpet with new underpad, if desired.
