This is a new concept in the flooring industry. Our clients
receive unbiassed design and product advise, a shop-at-home
service that finds the best prices on every product available
in the industry, detail oriented installation services that
are guaranteed, and one company that stands accountable
for the process, all at a lower price than traditional high
service/high margin stores.
We take a client-centred approach. Our first job is to look,
listen and inquire about our client’s design vision,
wants and needs. Then we can put our design advise, product
knowledge and installation expertise to work for our client’s
interests. We have no particular affiliation with any supplier
or product line so our only bias is our client’s interests
when we shop for products from a network
of quality suppliers. We will measure and calculate
material requirements, shop to ensure your
best price on products, will pick-up and
deliver materials to your home, and provide guaranteed
installation services.
How does Harmony make money when we do not mark-up the price
of products? In the same way mortgage brokers, insurance
brokers and financial consultants receive a small fee from
the companies who’s products you use, Harmony receives
a volume discount from warehouse stores for bringing in
the business. Harmony makes its profit through its installation
services. Although we charge very competitive rates for
installation we operate with much lower overheads than traditional
stores. This savings in overhead costs is translated into
revenues that cover the cost of our flooring brokerage services.

and Decorator services:
Harmony
has experienced professionals who can provide you with more
extensive design and decor advise. If you are looking to
integrate many new design elements into your home, along
with new flooring, we can help you develop a cohesive vision.
Although Harmony does not offer a sand/stain/finish service
for existing hardwood floors, or installation of vinyl,
ceramic; we can refer professionals we highly recommend.
